Welcome to DeepNova Radio. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and purchase of digital audio products, downloadable music packs, audio collections, and related digital content sold through DeepNovaRadio.com.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or downloading any digital product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
1. Digital Products
DeepNova Radio sells digital audio products, including but not limited to music packs, audio collections, DJ-style packs, remixes, edits, and downloadable audio files.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
After successful payment, the purchased files will become available in your customer account and/or through a secure download link sent by email.
2. Account and Download Access
To access purchased products, you may be required to create an account on DeepNovaRadio.com.
Download access is limited and controlled for security reasons. Unless stated otherwise on the product page:
- each purchased product may be downloaded up to 3 times;
- download access may expire after 14 days from the date of purchase;
- download links are personal and must not be shared, published, resold, transferred, or distributed.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. DeepNova Radio is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by sharing your login details or download links.
3. Payment
Payments may be accepted through available payment methods shown at checkout, including PayPal, debit/credit card options where available, and selected cryptocurrency payment options.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
For cryptocurrency payments, the customer is responsible for selecting the correct coin, network, and payment amount. Crypto transactions are generally irreversible. DeepNova Radio is not responsible for losses caused by sending funds to the wrong network, wrong address, or using an unsupported cryptocurrency.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are usually delivered automatically after successful payment confirmation.

5. License of Use
When you purchase a digital product from DeepNova Radio, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for personal listening and/or private DJ use, unless the product page states otherwise.

- make the files available on public websites, file-sharing platforms, Telegram groups, cloud folders, torrents, forums, or social media;
- claim ownership of the files or present them as your own original work;

- extract, copy, or distribute parts of the product as a separate product.
Commercial use, public broadcasting, radio use, synchronization with video, advertising use, or redistribution requires separate written permission, unless clearly allowed on the product page.
6. Copyright and Ownership

DeepNova Radio and/or its licensors retain all ownership rights in the audio files, artwork, branding, product names, descriptions, and related materials.

7. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital downloads and cannot be returned in person, all sales are generally final once download access has been provided.
Refunds are not available if:

- the customer’s device, software, or internet connection cannot open or download the file;
- the customer expected rights that were not included in the product description;
- the customer shared, copied, or misused the download link.
However, we may issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- duplicate payment for the same product;
- technical delivery failure that we cannot resolve;
- the wrong file was delivered;

9. Technical Requirements
